Lake Catherine State Park boasts a nice swim beach but it is also home to a hidden waterfall that spills into Falls Creek, a tributary of Lake Catherine. Lake Catherine is one of five lakes in the beautiful Ouachita Mountain Range. Boat rentals are available year round. The park also has a boat launch ramp, pavillon, picnic istes, playgrounds and well marked trails leading to the waterfall. Lake Catherine was built in 1931.
