Lake Ann is 112 acres and 53 feet deep.  This Bella Vista lake was built in 1970, and has many limestone bluffs which adds natural beauty to the lake.  Lake Ann is spring fed, providing clear and cold water.  Lake Ann has a population of large mouth bass, crappie, sunfish, and bluegill.  This lake offers nighttime fishing lights.  There is a boat dock, fish cleaning station, pavilion, grill, bathrooms, and a huge shore line to fish from. This lake also provides annual leased shoreline mooring through the Bella Vista Property Owners Association.  Lake Ann is the smallest lake with no horsepower limits, so you can ski upon in Bella Vista
