The new marina basin has fuel, pump out, a ramp, and docks for seasonal and transient boaters and it is also home to MBI Yacht Club. The island also has a very nice air strip. Hazards condos are seasonal. You can utilize this condo as your own vacation spot and also rent it out on your off weekends to help cover costs if desired. Or keep it just for yourself.
