Lees Mill Pond has an abundance of wildlife. on any given day as you are fishing, kayaking or paddleboarding you may witness a Bald Eagle soaring over head and see an otter or a mink slink by.  There are a myriad of songbirds, ducks, herons, osprey and of course you will likely hear the haunting call of a Common loon. As you pass the Emerson Island in the middle of the pond you may spot deer, bear and even a moose. Lees Pond has a volunteer association that is active in monitoring water quality and taking on other projects like monitoring milfoil. In the winter you can enjoy ice skating, ice fishing, Cross Country skiing, snowmobiling and even ice racing!

Directions: Take Exit 23 from Route 93. Follow Route 104 to Route 3 (Daniel Webster Highway) in Meredith. Take a left onto Route 3. At the intersection for Route 25 and Route 3 take Route 25. Follow for 9.6 miles and take a right onto Blake Road. The access road is approximately .5 miles down on the right. See comments below.
