Secret Lake splits its shoreline between Athol and Phillipston MA. The access roads and shore line are all privately owned and maintained property. It is an association with about 70 property owners and about 40 homes. The average lake depth is about 12 feet, deepest is 20. It is a spring fed lake and the water is very clean. The other side of the lake is owned by 2 people. One of the people has turned the property into a tree farm. It is mostly ledge around the lake making building there a challenge.
