RSA 270:128 - No person shall use or operate a boat equipped with a petroleum-powered motor on Flint Pond in Hollis. Use of electric motors with a manufacturer's rated capacity not in excess of 3 HP is authorized, and no person shall exceed a headway speed of 5 MPH on Flint Pond.
