Upon bringing his family on vacation to Florida in 1983, Guy and his wife intuitively knew that Florida was their destiny. They went home to Illinois, sold their current residence, and returned to the sunshine state that very year. He got his residential builder license in 1985 and founded a furniture & interior design firm in 1993. After 17 successful years he turned his attention to real estate in 2009 where his passion for the industry reigns.

Kevin Shipley

Practically a Native Floridian, Kevin has lived in Florida since 1983 and resides in Historic Mount Dora. His enthusiasm for water activities began when he was in grade school. With his family’s new ski boat, Kevin zealously invited his friends to the lake on a weekly basis for a day of skiing and boating. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in business administration, he went on to work in the telecommunication business. Starting in sales with T-Mobile, he quickly found his niche specializing in computer aided drafting for the engineering department at AT&T. In 2015 Kevin made his first career change to Real Estate. The range of business skills acquired from his past positions helped to develop his career. With an unobstructed vision for his future and without hesitation, he pursued his Real Estate Broker license.

Born in Woodbury, New Jersey then moving to Florida via Illinois in 1960, Faye graduated in 1969 then attended a Jr College before marrying and having a son in 1978 who - Faye proudly shares - is a Major in the Army. After a career in several medical professions, Faye entered the exciting world of real estate. Finding her passion, she has spent 29 years helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams as well as managing an award-winning office, always priding herself on dealing honestly and with integrity.
Faye is excited about Lakefront Living of Florida as she has lived on various lakes throughout central Florida and currently has a home on Lake Dora, the Harris chain of Lakes, and a home on Lake Nettie in Eustis. She loves her family, grandchildren, and her 2 dogs and cat.
