Twin Lakes – is a small private lake community located in Kent Ohio, which is a close drive to Akron and only 1 hour from Cleveland. The lake consists of two separate lakes the East and the West Twin. The East Twin is the smaller but deeper of the two measuring approximately 66 acres with a maximum depth of 39 ft., while the West Twin is approximately 84 acres with a maximum depth of 37 ft. Only non-motorized boat are allowed at the lakes with a maximum length of 19 ft. Boaters will find this peaceful lake a great place for kayaking and sailing. Residents have access to several lakefront access points across the community where they can walk to the water and launch canoes or fish from the shore, as well as find several picnic areas and pavilions for their recreational use. Members will also love the golf course within the community, The Fairways at Twin Lakes, a 9-hole public golf course, as well as enjoy beautiful the swimming beach area! Residents will also find two separate lakefront restaurants at the Twins, The Tavern at Twin Lakes, and the Overlook, both having beautiful views and settings as well as excellent food. The Twin lakes is a lovely lakefront community within a lovely town where a peaceful lakefront living lifestyle can be found!
