Lake Medina – is a reservoir located in Medina, Ohio that was once used for drinking water for the county until an alternate supply was developed from Lake Erie. The lake has now become a park area with few residences located at the run-off areas such as the Lake Medina Reserve. The lake itself only allows non-motorized boats such as canoes and kayaks but the lake area does have much to offer. Several trails are located around the lake for hiking and biking, and there are several picnic and playground areas located close to the water. Anglers will also find Lake Medina to be a great place to catch several types of bass!
