Although born and raised in Massachusetts, Glenn has always thought of New Hampshire's Lakes Region as "home". He came to the Center Harbor area as a child where his family acted as caretakers of the Arbor Cabins. Every year, the day after school got out for summer break, the family packed up and came north to enjoy long fun filled days at "the lake". Those memories stayed with him, so when Glenn and his wife Angela had the opportunity in 2005, they purchased a home in the beautiful waterfront town of Moultonborough. They moved there permanently with their two children a year later and still live there today with Nash, the family's golden retriever.
Glenn has been passionate about lakefront real estate since getting his license in 2009 and covers the entire state of New Hampshire including the Lakes and Mountains Regions. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Glenn worked for 18 years in technology sales. This experience has provided him excellent negotiation skills to help you in the sale or purchase of your waterfront home.
Glenn is an avid boater and fisherman, which has allowed him to develop a great respect and knowledge of the Lake and its surrounding towns. Glenn's other passions include spending time with family, hiking, biking, and golfing.

Angela moved to Moultonborough and the Lakes Region of New Hampshire in October of 2006 with Glenn and their two children. At the time, they had been living in Wrentham, Massachusetts but had a cottage in Moultonborough that they would visit periodically to enjoy a vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee. However, deep down Angela and Glenn both wanted to move to NH to enjoy life at the lake year round. When the opportunity presented itself, they jumped at it and have never looked back. They are both so thankful that they were able to raise their kids in such a beautiful area and enjoy being able to help clients make the move and experience the beauty of the lakes and mountains of New Hampshire.
Angela has vast sales experience in a variety of industries. From working in the Food and Beverage industry as a Wine and Liquor representative, to being a patient advocate for a local non-profit VNA, she now uses the skills learned in those industries help people find their dream home. When it comes down to it, she is a people person, and the opportunity to guide someone through the stressful purchase or sale of their home is an honor and privilege she will never take for granted.
Living in the Lakes Region truly gives you the best of both worlds. You have access to a multitude of lakes for water sports, but are still a drive away from the beautiful White Mountains if you’d prefer to hike or ski. Whether or not you’re looking to move here full time or just for a summer getaway, the views of the lakes and the mountains will never get old.
In her free time, she and her Golden Retriever Nash, who is a certified Therapy dog, visit many different locations in the state to provide emotional support and comfort. She can’t say enough about what a satisfying experience it is to see the joy that he brings to so many people. She also loves long walks with her dog (especially when she find a new trail or place to explore), boating, paddle boarding, Nordic skiing and having held onto some skills from her past, she is still somewhat of a wine guru and would be happy to recommend a great wine to you while helping you settle down in one of the most beautiful states to live.

Noah Smith, Realtor®

Originally from Wrentham, MA, Noah Smith moved with his family to the small town of Moultonborough, NH in 2006 after having visited there in the summers prior with his mom, dad, and sister. Having grown up in the area boating, wakeboarding, etc. he has an extensive knowledge of the area and Lake Winnipesaukee in particular.
Noah took great interest in real estate at a young age as he watched his dad work in the business starting at the age of nine and was always around it. In fact, he made a promise to himself when he was 16 years old that he would obtain his real estate license right when he turned 18, which he followed through with.
After graduating high school, Noah moved to Nashville, TN to attend Belmont University and study Music Business. When he returned home from school every summer, he would work alongside his dad in real estate and he “learned the ropes” during those summers. After graduating from Belmont with his business degree, he decided to remain in Nashville, TN full time and obtained his real estate license there with the intention to expand business to Nashville, where he has sold homes full time for the past two years.
However, Noah kept his NH license active and is now able to sell real estate in both states, traveling back to New Hampshire periodically to work with clients in the Lakes Region and on other beautiful lakes in the state. He’s very thankful for the opportunity to work with both his parents when he’s back in his home state.
When Noah is not hard at work serving his clients, you can find him spending time with family & friends, writing songs, performing around Nashville, or hanging out with his Golden Retriever puppy, Woodford.
