The WYMAN LAKE ASSOCIATION, INC. was formed in 1985 to perform all acts appropriate to protect and preserve the recreational and aesthetic values of Wyman Lake and its lakeshore through improvement of such environmental factors as water quality, lake water levels, recreational and residential building standards, and related influences, such as water and boating safety, and water disposal, and public health standards. The WLA has successfully treated invasive weeds over the years using a variety of methods.
