Hoyt Pond is part of the Massasoit National Wildlife Refuge and is home to a federally endangered turtle.  There are only 3 homes on Hoyt Pond and the rest of the pond is owned and preserved by the Nature Conservancy.   It is closed to the public which preserves it privacy and creates a little slice of heaven on earth.
