White Pond is a Kettle Pond with depths of up to 60 feet and steep banks. There are no inlets or outlets and it is fed by groundwater. White Pond Associates, Inc. operates a private, family beach facility off Plainfield Road in Concord Massachusetts. It has been in continuous, seasonal service for more than 70 years. The summer season generally runs from the first Friday in June through Labor Day. We employ an experienced staff; led by a waterfront director, with support from assistant directors, swim instructors, and lifeguards.
