Baker Pond is fully recreation lake located in both Charlton and Dudley. This is a quiet lake with minimum boat traffic and is best suited for pontoon boats. The Baker Pond Association published regular newletters and is active in managing the yearly weed control programs thru fundraisers and resident donations. The shoreline is lightly developed and comprised of many larger sized lots.
