Lake Archer is the sister lake to neighboring Lake Pearl. At 79 acres, this Great Pond is one of the smaller lakes that still allows power-boating. There are some fairly deep sections for its size which contributes to the low level of weeds. There is no public access which keeps boat traffic to a minimum. This is a great little lake and very desirable. There is a real variety of homes here…some cottages and some million dollar homes. It has a great New England feel to it and the location is great for commuters. Just down the road is the popular “Wrentham Village Premium Outlets” (http://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlets/outlet.asp?id=10).
